I have always found the Caremark team to be highly professional and reliable. All the carers are positive and cheerful and engage well with my mother. She particularly enjoys the music and sing-a-longs! The carers show great kindness and patience and always treat my mother with respect and warmth. I know that she feels very comfortable with them.
