Number 1 in national performance league table

Being part of a national Caremark network is something we are really proud of. Every quarter each branch from the 140-strong network is given a rank based on a series of quality measures. The results are published in a national performance league table. We are thrilled to be recognised as number 1 (Sheffield) and number 7 (Rotherham) in the entire network.

Our Chief Executive Mark McKenning said: “The performance of all 140 offices in the Caremark franchise network in the whole UK and Ireland franchise network is taken into account when compiling this table. This is therefore an incredible achievement and one we are very proud of.

“It’s testament to the amazing work of our Support Workers and management team who go above and beyond, day in, day out to support our clients and their families.”

Mark added: “We would also like to thank our clients and families for trusting us with their care. We value the amazing, positive feedback they provide which means everything to us.

Needless to say, we will not be resting on our laurels. As we enter 2026 we hope to improve our performance even further.
