The Caremark team grows again
Lydia joins the Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield team with a wealth of knowledge of the care industry. Having worked within a busy supported living care business for 6 years working with children and young adults with learning disabilities, and a residential care home for 7 years before that, Lydia was ready for a new challenge within the complex care industry.
Lydia’s experience involves completing initial client needs assessments, writing comprehensive client care plans, managing a large number of client and staff Rota’s together with holiday management, visiting clients to complete quality checks and monitoring staff within the community. Lydia joins our team in a very similar role, working closely alongside our existing Case Leaders and Clinical Lead to ensure a quality service is delivered to our complex and clinical client base.
Lydia said ‘I wanted to join the Caremark team to gain more knowledge and experience developing my skills with children and young adults with more clinical needs. Since joining Caremark in July 2023, I have enjoyed getting to know the wonderful clients that we provide support to, the staff team have been great at welcoming me into the team and everyone brings such a happy and positive experience to my time here. I am looking forward to getting to know more clients and using my knowledge and experience to provide a great service to them every day.’
We are delighted with Lydia’s appointment within our organisation, and we are looking forward to her leading and guiding our team of Clinical and Behavioural Support Workers to be the best that they can be.
