Today, is our ‘Go Live’ date for our new Communication App – Connecteam. Our Office team have been busy installing the app onto each Support Workers device and completing training sessions on using the new technology. The Connecteam app is already widely used up and down the country by other Caremark Office’s and is a proven test to improving communication and engagement within the staff teams.

Our Welfare Officer- Jade Gibson, has been the Lead on implementing the use of Connecteam, Jade said.. “I’m really pleased with the Support Workers response to this App, it has had such positive comments already from everyone, our staff team think this will be a great addition to our service. We are looking forward to improving the communication within our organisation and engaging with our Clinical and Behavioural Support Workers in a more modern way.”
