HALO Award Achievements!!
Every quarter, we ask our management team to each nominate an individual that they believe deserves to be recognised. We are looking for people who have impressed and made a real difference and demonstrated Caremark’s true values in supporting people. We wish to shine a light on members of our team who are making an outstanding contribution to the life of other people.
There were several nominations for 5 different Support Workers in total, including Chloe G, Jen O’N, Justin E, Gbolabo A, and Ayo O. The Directors have reviewed each nomination in order to select an overall winner. We have again had some incredible nominations, with examples of care workers making a real difference to our customers.
We are absolutely delighted to advise that Justin, is the WINNER of this quarters HALO Award.
The winning nomination said: ‘Justin has shown he can adapt, adjust and is passionate about helping MC achieve all her developmental goals and her age-related milestones. Justin really enjoys working with MC during the night, recently moving from part time to full time hours, he has a great working relationship with the family too. He recently reacted quickly in an emergency situation, following his training to keep MC safe, Justin deserves recognition for thinking out of the box and going above and beyond’
This is a fantastic achievement in being recognised for the dedication, commitment and compassion that Justin shows to his customers, which absolutely mirrors Caremark’s values for making a difference to our customer’s lives.
Well done Justin you are clearly passionate about your job, we are all very proud to have you in our team and you should be very proud of the difference you make to your customers.
We will be presenting you with your gift as discussed! We will also be announcing this and all nominees in the Spring Newsletter.
Well done to all again, and we can’t wait to receive more nominations in the future for many more of our amazing Support Workers.
