Goodbye and Good luck to Max
The team at our Rotherham & Sheffield Office have said a warm goodbye to one of our Amazing Support Workers today, Max has been an amazing team player whilst working for Caremark, he joined the organization with very little experience in supporting children and young people. Max previously was in the Forces as part of the Royal Navy which is a huge difference to working for Caremark to support Children and young people within the community! However, Max knew this is what kind of work he wanted to be involved in, and he took the opportunity when it was presented to him back in 2021.
The longer that Max has been here, the more his confidence has grown, he has received some amazing feedback from the Client’s that he supports…
and despite a few rocks in the Caremark journey, Max excelled in his role and became one of the ‘Go To’ Support workers when we needed support for Children with Challenging Behaviors as Max specialized in this area.
Max has sadly had to leave our organization due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of his control, he visited us within the Office on the last day of his employment to say Goodbye and he was kind enough to bring along some flowers and chocolates for the Team!
Max, we are pleased to have met you and to have had the pleasure of our Client’s getting to know you too. We wish you all the best in the future, Caremark will miss you!
