Out and about

On the 9th of September Kelly our Care Manager was at the Crowborough Pop Up Market, held at the Crowborough community center, having a great time meeting lots of new people and talking all things Caremark! A lovely day making new friends and spreading the word that Caremark Lewes and Wealden North are here to help with your support needs. Kelly will be visiting again on the 14th October from 10:00-14:00, so do go along and meet her!
