Hayley comes with vast experience

Apart from a break when her soldier husband was stationed abroad, Hayley Sneddon has worked in care her entire career. This means she comes to Caremark Kirklees with vast experience.

Hayley, who has worked in both homecare and residential care, joined us a Field Care Supervisor in December 2025. Her appointment forms part of our expansion into the North Kirklees area.

Her role includes assessing new customers and supervising carers in her area. It also involves the overall planning of care, to name just a few of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Hayley is now busy building up relationships with carers and customers and says she is settling in well.

Meeting customers is the best part of the job

“I have met a few customers who have all been lovely and for me that’s the best part of the job,” she says.

“I have also had nice support from everyone in the office and that has made settling in even easier. Everyone has made me feel very welcome.”

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her three children and two stepchildren. She says they keep her busy. Moreover, she describes herself as a “massive” football fan, with Leeds United being the team she supports.
