CQC Report 13th October 2023

Caremark Kingston receives a CQC report with an overall GOOD rating and GOOD in all 5 categories. .

Following a recent CQC inspection Caremark Kingston have been found to be GOOD in all 5 categories monitored.

These were:

• Safe
• Effective
• Caring
• Responsive
• Well Led

This gave an overall rating for the service of GOOD

The summary itself is impressive but the full and detailed summary reads even better with the description of a service caring for and caring about both it’s customers and it’s staff.
