Linda Douglas
Care Manager
Linda has attained her QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services. She has worked tirelessly to bring Caremark Kingston a reputation for quality, continuity and reliability. Has now developed a team at Kingston who fully adopt her own principles for service, care and attention to detail.

Giva Vundla-Mthimkhulu
Clinical Lead
A registered nurse in the UK from 2002 working most recently in a Critical Care Unit, medical, surgical, orthopaedic, care of the elderly, respiratory wards and Gynae & Acute Assessment Units.
Giva has joined our team within the complex care division following the CQC confirming registration for the Treatment of disease, disorder or injury service. Will be supporting our Registered Manager in assessments, staff training and supervision with all Complex cases. This will ensure clients receive the best possible experience from their care team.

Alison Hutchinson
Field Care Supervisor
Alison has attained her NVQ3 qualification in Health and Social Care. With over 20 years experience in homecare, Ali is very involved in carer development, customer relations and quality.

Carl Ward
Managing Director
Having had 45 years experience owning and running businesses within the sales and service industry, Carl started Caremark Kingston 20 years ago, being the first Caremark Franchisee. The current management team have all adopted the same caring approach to clients and care staff alike, and pride themselves on a successful business in home care, live-in care and most recently their approval for the regulated activity of Treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Natalie Bowery
Care Coordinator
Natalie is Care Co-ordinator and has qualifications to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and Business & Admin Diploma Level 3, plus specialist courses such as Dementia training, Palliative Care, MS and Acquired Brain Injury training. Gained experience in the field, with Caremark, as a Care Assistant giving invaluable practical knowledge.

Kirstin Turner
Care Coordinator
Kirstin is a Care Coordinator, who takes on our Live In packages, as well as doing compliance, recruitment, and training. Kirstin also keeps all our technical aspects up to date both in the office and in the field. Kirstin has vast experience in care with knowledge in End of live care, dementia, and brain injury training.
