You will be fully supported by the business owner, as well as full backing from the franchisor who has 20 years of successful sector experience. This experienced support team includes, a dedicated Quality Manager, Regional Support Manager, Training & Compliance team, IT & Rostering team and more. All in all, the infrastructure is there. Now we need the right leader to bring it to life.
The Role
As our Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently
- Ensuring compliance with CQC, Legislation and Industry Standards
- Recruiting, developing and leading a care team that shares your values and commitment to excellence
- Delivering training that genuinely prepares your team to provide outstanding care
- Building strong relationships with customers, families, local authorities and agencies
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring your team has everything they need to do their jobs brilliantly. At the same time, you will be creating a culture where people choose to stay.
About You
You will have previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary care setting, along with an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. This Care Manager Job Opportunity requires both expertise and a commitment to high standards.
