About the Role:
As a care assistant in Nuneaton and Bedworth, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers’ homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You’ll travel within Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth, delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Coventry.
You will play a vital role in supporting people who need additional help due to age, illness, disability, or long-term health conditions. The care you provide is equal to what a family member would offer, with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.
What You’ll Be Supporting With as a Care Assistant in Nuneaton and Bedworth:
- Washing, bathing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting and support with medication
- Support with daily routines and wellbeing
- Respite services
- Companionship
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access their local community
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, kind, and sensitive nature
- Reliable, organised, and self‑motivated
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of care
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience welcome but not essential – full training provided
