Caremark welcome their new Field Care Supervisior

On 17th February 2020 Lorraine Bird joined Caremark as our new Filed Care Supervisor. Lorraine brings with her over 30 years of experience in the care sector and is a real asset to the team.

Here you can see our Regional Support Manager Tim Corns welcoming Lorraine to the team.

The role of a Field Care Supervisor is vital to home care because this person is out in the field ensuring that the Care and Support Workers are supported and the needs of our customers are being met as set out in their care plans.

As part of the role Lorraine will be carrying out quality assurance checks, spot checks. monitoring and reviews. These processes and checks are in place to ensure the service remains up to date and continuously meets the needs of the customer and any changes in care and support are identified and implemented without delay. For the Care and Support Workers it means they will not feel alone in the field and will have Lorraine available for support, guidance and ongoing training.

We welcome Lorraine with open arms and wish her all the very best here at Caremark. We are confident that she will help us maintain our standards of excellence.
