Jag Bains
Managing Director
Jag is the ‘life of the party’. He focusses on community engagement, fund raising for charities, supporting local groups and having a good old laugh with the individuals we support. No wonder he absolutely loves what he does. Along with our fabulous care assistants Jag attends many events ranging from games clubs, quiz clubs and sing and dance along. His friendly and bubbly personality is infectious and he soon gets everyone joining in.
Bal Bains
Registered Care Manager
Our Registered Care Manager Bal qualified as a social care safeguarding solicitor in 2006. She went on to win the national legal aid lawyer of the year award in 2016 for her legal excellence and representation of the most vulnerable in the community. As well as working in private practice, Bal has worked in-house at Local Authorities in their safeguarding teams and represented social services. She went on to be promoted to the senior supervising solicitor of two Local Authorities where she managed a team of safeguarding solicitors and provided in-house training to social workers and team managers.
Having worked in delivering legal services to individuals, organisations and professionals, Bal knows very well the importance of ensuring that the customer’s needs and expectations are met by providing a high quality service. This requires hard work and determination, which is the working ethos that Bal brings with her to Caremark in her commitment to strive for excellence in delivering high quality care at home.

Iveta Kriskova
Deputy Care Manager
Iveta joined the Caremark team in May 2023 as a field care supervisor and was soon promoted to deputy care manager. She has over 10 years care experience and started as a carer herself. Her passion, drive and empathy is something that makes her shine.
Iveta has a lot of knowledge and experience of the care sector working with various local authorities in London and the surrounding areas. Her attention to detail and eye for perfection are her strongest qualities.
Beverley Matthews
Field Care Supervisor
Beverley joined Caremark team in November 2023 as a field care supervisor, having worked in the same role at other home care companies before joining us. Beverley has a kind and approachable manner. Having been a carer herself, she is able to lead by example and support her carers in providing high quality and person centered care to their clients.
