Caremark spreading some Christmas cheer

For Christmas 2019 our Care and Support Workers and all of our customers received beautiful wrapped presents. It took the team hours to buy and wrap the presents. But the smiles it up on everyone’s faces was priceless.

This year Caremark went one step further and handed out presents at Queans’ Hospital, to local charities and support groups. All in an effort to show some much needed appreciation to our other keyworkers in the community. What we recognise here at Caremark is that it is the joined up working between professionals and keyworkers which promotes the best support and outcomes for our customers. Maintaining and promoting those relationships is key to providing customer centred care.
