Our first fantastic Carer of the Month (for February) is Tina
Tina is a firm favourite with all her customers. We know this because whilst Bethan, our Field Care Supervisor, has been carrying out quality checks this month, our customers have been letting her know. Tina is kind, caring and makes all her customers feel special when she visits them.
We love this positive feedback about our carers.

Lovely feedback from a customer about Gopi
During a one-to-one, a customer said about the fantastic carer Gopi:
“Gopi really knows what he’s doing, clearly has a passion for his job, his notes are top tier and he is great at guiding colleagues!”
Our fantastic carer Salman
This is Salman. He couldn’t attend our Christmas award ceremony last year and we’ve only managed to catch up with him today as he’s always so busy!!! Salman won the Customer Choice award for 2024.
So well deserved!
Another fantastic carer Shan
The lovely Shan recently celebrated his birthday.
Since working for Caremark, Shan has built up some wonderful relationships with many of his customers, so much so that on his birthday one customer and his wife sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. Another customer went out into her garden and picked a bunch of flowers for him to express her thanks and gratitude for what he does for her and for what he brings to her day.
