Jess started as a Care Assistant and quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Field Care Supervisor and now a Care Coordinator. Jess is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and support with high levels of passion for the work she does and is firmly aligned with our company values of kindness and support for our team and customers.

We had a lovely message from a customer, who says Brandon “is the best, he is so chatty and sings me songs, and he does everything he can to help me.”
Great work Brandon we are super proud.
Brandon welcomed his first son into the world just a few weeks ago, so he is doing a sterling job even in the face of sleep deprivation. 💤
