Emma Gillette

Emma brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, having worked in a variety of roles across the sector. More recently, she has transitioned into the education sector, working with young people with special educational needs. Emma’s diverse background includes completing a specialized course with a high-profile charity focused on supporting families in vulnerable situations, as well as volunteering in a local primary school for several years.

Emma recently returned to West Sussex after living in Irvine, California, where she worked as an Instructional Assistant in Special Education for the Irvine United School District. In this role, she provided support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their learning goals and develop essential life skills. Her time in this position strengthened her passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
