Finance & Payroll Manager
Eilis is the Payroll & Finance Manager at Caremark, with extensive experience in finance roles since beginning her career as a Finance Assistant in January 2015. Fully AAT qualified (Levels 2, 3, and 4), Eilis is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification. Her journey in finance began with a family-run SME with a turnover exceeding £5 million, where she quickly advanced to the role of Finance Manager by November 2017. This experience allowed her to develop a broad range of finance skills, working across various tasks and functions.
At Caremark, Eilis manages the Payroll and Finance operations, handling key responsibilities such as payroll and pensions for over 130 employees, purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, cash flow forecasting, and year-end preparations. She is also experienced in subcontractor payments, CIS returns, and producing financial reports such as profit and loss statements and P32 reports.
Eilis’s passion for helping others understand the financial processes she oversees ensures that the finance team operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to Caremark’s success.
