As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients while leading, mentoring, and motivating our team of Care & Support Workers. What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for conducting detailed client assessments and developing person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs. You’ll supervise and support Care & Support Workers, ensuring they deliver consistent, compassionate, and high-quality home care services.

You’ll carry out spot checks, staff observations, and quality assurance visits to maintain excellent service standards. Supporting staff development is also key — you’ll provide training and mentorship to ensure each team member feels confident and empowered in their role.

You’ll also ensure full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and internal policies, managing care concerns efficiently and professionally to deliver peace of mind for both clients and their families.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in domiciliary care, home care, or health and social care, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for people.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as this is a field-based role.
