Jas established Caremark Cannock Chase & South Staffordshire in early 2017. She has a legal regulatory background and has been instrumental in setting up law firms of varying complexities, both in the UK and overseas.

Jas has always been passionate about working with vulnerable customers, therefore setting up an office in Cannock was the ideal opportunity. Jas is able to build upon her extensive transferable skills, and work closely within the community. Jas and her team are dedicated to ensuring the welfare of her service users and alongside that of her staff, and feels that it is essential to get the balance right, so that the spirit of social responsibility emanates from the inside out.

Operations Manager & Innovation Specialist

Kavan is a compassionate professional with a background in both healthcare and design, bringing a unique blend of skills to the field of domiciliary care. Her previous experience at Specsavers as a Diabetic Screener allowed her to work closely with elderly and vulnerable populations, honing her ability to provide personalised, empathetic care while also strengthening her attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Kavan’s degree in Product Design has equipped her with a strong foundation in innovative problem-solving, enabling her to creatively address challenges and enhance service delivery. She has been instrumental in the integration of artificial intelligence into her current role, leveraging AI to streamline care processes and improve outcomes for clients. Kavan’s diverse expertise makes her a valuable asset in delivering thoughtful, effective solutions for those in need of domiciliary support.

Natasha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, making her an invaluable asset to our  team. Having spent many years as a medical secretary in the NHS, Natasha has developed a deep understanding of healthcare operations and patient needs.

Her prior role as a receptionist in a GP surgery has equipped her with excellent organisational and communication skills, alongside the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Natasha’s wealth of experience and her commitment to compassionate, efficient service play a key role in ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.
