International Recruitment Drive

Recruiting care assistants in Cambridge has proved extremely difficult over recent years so in April this year we decided to apply to the government for a recruitment licence to allow us to bring in care assistants from overseas. These care assistants are experienced care professionals who are trained in the Caremark way when they get to the UK, ensuring that we can continue to look after our existing customers and are able to take on new customers who need a homecare company to look after them.

The first care assistants from overseas arrived in June and we now have 4 care assistants in place with many more arriving before the end of the year.

We are exceptionally happy with the care assistants who have arrived as they have proved to be very capable and this will allow us to continue growing the Caremark Cambridge business and offering our services to more customers.
