It all begins with a simple, friendly conversation. We take the time to really listen, understand your situation, and answer any questions you may have—at your pace and in your own time. There’s no pressure and no rush, just honest guidance and support when you need it.
We know that starting care can feel like a big step, so we’re here to make it as comfortable as possible from the very beginning. In fact, your first home care visit is all about helping you feel relaxed, reassured, and in control—so you can get to know us and feel confident about what comes next.
A personalised visit that’s all about you
We’ll arrange a relaxed visit at home at a time that suits you. During this visit, you’ll meet one of our friendly supervisors. This usually takes around 60–90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to talk things through properly.
During this time, we’ll get to know you while also learning about your routine. Most importantly, we’ll focus on understanding what matters most to you. We’ll then talk together about the kind of support you feel would help. As a result, everything is guided by your preferences, and you’ll know what to expect from your first home care visit

We carefully match you with a small, consistent team of Care Assistants who suit both your needs and your personality. We take the time to get this right, so you feel comfortable with the people supporting you.

Your first care visit
On the day, your Care Assistant will:
