During her time there, she progressed through a number of roles, including Care Coordinator and Deputy Care Manager, gaining valuable operational and leadership experience.
Following the successful completion of her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, Kayleigh embraced a new professional challenge and was appointed Registered Care Manager at Caremark (Arun).

Lauren
Deputy Care Manager
Lauren began her career in care in 2014 as a Care Assistant, completing her NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care while working within her family-run business. This early experience gave her a strong foundation in delivering compassionate, person-centred support and shaped her commitment to high-quality care.
She joined Caremark (Arun) in 2019 and quickly established herself as a valued member of the team, recognising the organisation as somewhere she could grow and build a long-term career. Lauren has since progressed to Deputy Manager and now leads both Training and Recruitment within the service. Having successfully completed her NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, she brings strong leadership, expertise and practical experience to her role. She oversees the development of the team, delivers in-house training, and ensures new and existing Care and Support Workers are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to provide outstanding care.
Lauren is deeply committed to supporting both staff and clients, and takes great pride in contributing to the continued success of the service.

Kirsty
Care Coordinator
Kirsty began her career in retail. However, after welcoming her son into the world, she felt the pull for a more meaningful career path. Amidst the challenges posed by Covid-19, Kirsty transitioned into the care industry. Starting as a dedicated care assistant, she found her footing and her role developed into becoming a care coordinator. In 2023, Kirsty joined Caremark and dedicated herself to the role of Care Co-ordinator, overseeing and organising essential aspects of caregiving.
Kirsty has since successfully completed her NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, further strengthening her knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Beyond the fulfilling aspects of her professional life, Kirsty finds joy and purpose in her role as a family person. Spending quality time with her partner and her son is what fuels her passion for both work and life. Kirsty states she is truly grateful to be in a job she loves, where every day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those she cares for.

Maureen
Field Care Supervisor
I have been working in care for 12 years, as a carer and now as a Field Care Supervisor.
In my role as a field care supervisor I believe in creating a warm, supportive environment for both our clients and carers.
One of my favourite parts of my job is meeting new clients who may feel unsure about accepting care and helping them feel comfortable and reassured.
I am passionate about making our carers feel valued and confident in their roles and I take pride in ensuring every person we support receives compassionate, friendly and high quality care.
