Care Assistants Team Meetings

On a quarterly basis, we organise team meetings so that all our fantastic Care Assistants come into the office for three reasons:

1. To hear key updates from our Registered Manager, Clare Mason.
2. To share any feedback, learnings etc from the local community.
3. And most importantly to have a well earned cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit whilst catching up with the rest of the team.

Many of our Care Assistants work alone in the local community so team meetings might be the only time they interact with other Care Assistants.

Given the needs of our Customers, we obviously stagger these meetings so that Care calls remain covered.
