Another 5 Star Review on Homecare.co.uk

We were very happy to receive another 5 Star rating on Homecare.co.uk and the following feedback which we obviously shared with our amazing team of Carers:

“My mum has been with Caremark a year now and has a daily visit every morning – prior to this she had care intermittently for the last five years with two other care agencies.
Mum likes the professional behaviour, they do not chat about other carers or clients and I get her rota emailed to me the weekend before. She is always pleased to see who will be visiting her and I know that Mum’s manager goes out of her way to ensure Mum has her visits and often covering herself and Mum likes her.
They are very efficient and do a great deal of work in the short time and it really gets Mum set up for the day ahead.
Mum takes her medication from her blister pack independently which is vital to keep her well and they prompt her if needed. What I do like is they only ring me when appropriate and I feel that is because they are well trained to know when it is important although I would never have a problem if they needed to contact me.
An excellent care agency.”
