Caremark has been wonderful to my mum. All the staff are so kind and caring. We have Caremark visiting my mum four times a day.
They are so helpful, making sure my mum is looking smart, hair brushed, perfume on which my mum is not able to do now. Always with a smile, and they make my mum smile, which is lovely to see.

My experience of Caremark, Swindon, has been 100% excellent. From initial phone contact to meeting in person a few days later, all communication has been highly professional, timely, caring, really informative and very friendly.
My mum, sister and I met with a member of the team at Mum’s home, the carer had a lovely approach with Mum, she made us feel relaxed and in very safe hands indeed. It was clear that their approach is very person-centred around their customer, prioritising their needs and care to the utmost. She made very good suggestions, gave us great advice on a number of different issues and completed all paperwork swiftly and clearly. Follow-up correspondence has been excellent. I contacted Caremark after a word-of-mouth recommendation and I would recommend them to anybody. Mum received a very high quality of personalised, caring care by staff who were interested in her. All the staff and carers are very helpful and caring. They get to know you and always give the help you need and ask what help you need with no rush or pressure. Nothing is too much trouble. Now over my operation and independent, I don’t need them anymore, but if need help from carers in the future
