The Gentlemen of Value Club provides a safe, welcoming and confidential space for men experiencing mental health challenges. The group encourages open conversation, peer support and connection within a relaxed and supportive environment.
By offering a regular, drop-in mental health group in Sutton, we aim to remove barriers to support. There is no referral process and no booking system. Just a consistent space where men can feel heard, valued and supported.
