Meet The Sutton Team

Rupesh Thomas
Managing Director
Rupesh brings over 21 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, having built and grown businesses across a variety of sectors. Throughout his career, his focus has always been on people, strong values, and creating organisations that have a positive and lasting impact.
In acquiring Caremark Sutton, Rupesh has taken on the stewardship of an established and well-respected home care business that has been serving the local community for over 13 years. His move into social care was a very personal and deliberate decision, driven by a long-standing desire to be part of a business that genuinely improves people’s lives.
Rupesh is passionate about building on the strong foundations already in place, strengthening Caremark Sutton’s presence within the community, and maintaining the high standards of care that clients and families have come to trust. His aim is for Caremark Sutton to be the trusted first choice for home care locally, while creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where carers feel valued, respected, and proud to serve their community.

Rocky
Chief Cuddle Officer
Meet Rocky Balboa, our Chief Cuddle Officer 🐾
He may have introduced himself as a fierce little munchkin, but HR has confirmed he’s actually 90% fluff and 10% chaos. Currently in training (mostly chewing things he shouldn’t and napping mid-task), Rocky is preparing to take on his most important role yet: boosting smiles and delivering top-tier cuddles.
Soon available to book for official cuddle appointments, Rocky accepts payment in treats, belly rubs, and unquestionable admiration.
