More welcomes to the Caremark R&S Team…

Today, we have said a warm welcome to our group of aspiring Support Workers who are finishing their final day of training today.

Our Team have enjoyed a busy day training with our Clinical Lead, Louise Henry.

We love our training academy and everything about it, we feel the courses that we deliver are well balanced between theory and practical, whilst also making serious subjects fun, interactive and interesting to learn.

We have had some great feedback from our Support Workers during the course of today, the general message being that they have all enjoyed spending their training week together and they can’t wait to get stuck in to their roles.

Louise, our Clinical Lead said- ‘they are such a good group of trainee’s, all keen to learn, asking questions and really happy to get involved with the practical side of things. I think they will all be great additions to the team’
