Our incredible Support Workers have been updated of our remuneration increases, which will be effective from 1st April 2023. We believe our increased pay package further demonstrates our commitment to ensure our amazing workforce are properly rewarded for their dedication to our service and customers.

We would also like to inform you of just one of our new staff benefits, which will come into play from 1st April 2023. To try and further support our team, we have agreed that we will pay for all our staff to receive their own Blue Light discount card, the card enables members to enjoy thousands of amazing discounts online, in restaurants and on the high street.

The application process is simple and we will ensure that all our staff team have this opportunity to receive this benefit. To apply, all you need to do is:
