Introducing Our Carer of the Month

We are delighted to recognize Niamh Catlow from Caremark Preston as our Carer of the Month. Niamh joined in December 2025 and, after overcoming initial nerves, grew through support from her Care Manager and colleagues, building confidence through training and feedback. Today, she is a calm, competent professional who consistently goes above and beyond.Niamh prioritizes what matters most: independence, dignity, and familiar routines. Customers and families commend her empathy, attention to detail, and effective communication. She volunteers to support customers with anxiety or complex needs, taking time to listen and build trust. Her patience and kindness have led to positive outcomes where others have faced challenges.
