My mum, sister and I met with a member of the team at Mum’s home, the carer had a lovely approach with Mum, she made us feel relaxed and in very safe hands indeed. It was clear that their approach is very person-centred around their customer, prioritising their needs and care to the utmost. She made very good suggestions, gave us great advice on a number of different issues and completed all paperwork swiftly and clearly. Follow-up correspondence has been excellent.
