I started this job 3 years ago at the age of 19.. some would tell me I was too young for this type of job but I thought I’d give it a go & here I am 3 years later doing a job that I wouldn’t change for the world, I have met all types of people & come across so many different situations, some amazing but some very sad, but everyday I get home & know what a difference I make to those I care for.

My motto is ‘don’t knock it until you’ve tried it’.

This is not a job anyone would grow up to think that’s what they want to do when their older, but it’s the most rewarding job you could possibly have in care. 🙂
