‘Kind and understanding’ Cally wins Carer of the month

Caremark (Mid-Sussex and Crawley) would like to say a massive well done to Cally Wilcock for winning Carer of the month

Cally has been with Caremark (Mid-Sussex and Crawley) since 2011 and has shown herself to be reliable, professional and conscientious Care Worker. Cally works for both the domiciliary care team and the mental health team and all of her customers adore her.

One of her customers commented: “My support worker has been brilliant. I cant thank Cally enough for her kindness, patience and understanding. she has helped me to help myself and given me an opportunity to embrace my recovery and have a life instead of an existence”
