The lengths our Care Assistants go

At Caremark Leeds Bradford, we recognise the hard work, dedication and lengths our Care Assistants go to support customers in their homes.

This is why we offer a salary of £25,584 per year (based on 40 hours per week), payments for mileage and travel to customer’s homes, holidays, pension, free training and clear career progression, to name just a few.

We are now also excited to introduce our staff Champions Club.

This is a new initiative designed to recognise the length of service of our staff.

Introducing The Champions Club

There are five levels to Champions Club, namely:

Platinum – 6-plus years of service

Gold – 4 – 5 years of service

Silver – 2- 3 years of service

Bronze – 1 year of service

Starters – under 1 year of service

Each of our Care Assistants have received a badge noting their length of service and it’s nice to see them wearing it with pride when they visit our customers.

Care is more than just a job to us

Whether they have been with us 8 days or 8 years, every single member of staff now have their picture on our Champions Club wall at our head office.

We recognise that the care sector is a transient one when it comes to employment, but we want to be different and encourage staff to think of care as a rewarding career, and more than just a job.

Through our various initiatives, with more to follow, we hope Caremark Leeds Bradford becomes the first choice for people either already working in care but who feel under-appreciated in their current role, or for those working in another sector but seeking a new challenge.

Regardless where you come from, you will always be a Champion when you work for us so to join our team please have a look at the careers page of our website or call us on 0113 264 4466.
