As this is a new office, there will be variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, giving you a great opportunity to guide the organisation for the future.
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate at the interview stage a 2-year proven track record of a high CQC Rating.

Role Overview:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including team recruitment and management.
- Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations and Industry Standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, local authorities, and agencies.
- Support business growth through marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Assist in designing and delivering in-house training courses.
Requirements:
- Integrity, honesty, and kindness.
- Previous management experience.
- NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent (or working towards it).
- Driving licence required.
