Care Manager

Location: Bath & North East Somerset
Salary: Up to £44,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time

As this is a new office, there will be variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, giving you a great opportunity to guide the organisation for the future.

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate at the interview stage a 2-year proven track record of a high CQC Rating.

Role Overview:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including team recruitment and management.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations and Industry Standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, local authorities, and agencies.
  • Support business growth through marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in designing and delivering in-house training courses.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience.
  • NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent (or working towards it).
  • Driving licence required.
