Jonathan Stevens is our Managing Director, overseeing all operations at Caremark to ensure the highest quality of care for the people we support across Bath & North East Somerset.

Jonathan has more than 25 years’ experience in leading and managing teams within the media and communications sector.

Rachel Price

Care Manager

Rachel is a dedicated social care professional with over 10 years’ experience, specialising primarily in reablement and person-centred goals. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals in regaining confidence, skills and independence following illness or life changes.
Rachel is deeply passionate about empowering people to live fulfilling lives on their own terms. She strongly believes in delivering person-centred care, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
Rachel continues to work towards her Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care to further extend her knowledge and understanding.

The role of care manager enables Rachel to take a more holistic and proactive approach to supporting individuals. By assessing needs, coordinating services and reviewing care plans ensures that support is not only effective but also tailored to each person’s goals and preferences.
