Caremark Hinckley Raises Money for Alzheimer’s Society
On 10th May 2025, Caremark hosted a vibrant community event, fundraising at Blaby Bazaar, in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, bringing together the local community for a day filled with fun, food and purpose. Through these efforts, Caremark raises money for Alzheimer’s Society, showcasing our commitment to giving back and supporting vital causes that align with our care values. Additionally, Caremark Raises Money for Alzheimer’s Society to emphasise the significance of community involvement.
Fundraising at Blaby Bazaar was more than just a stall — it was a celebration of community and compassion, led entirely by our team and supported by generous attendees.
Blaby Bazaar Fundraising: Sweet Treats, Raffles & Entertainment
Caremark Raises Money for Alzheimer’s Society at our stall, which was buzzing with activity throughout the day, with freshly baked cupcakes available for sale — all lovingly prepared and funded by Caremark staff. We also hosted a charity raffle with an exciting selection of prizes, including:
- A luxury food hamper
- Tea for two at Winstanley House
- A 1-hour support call with Caremark
- Two bottles of wine
- Two potted plants
In addition to the food and raffle, Caremark Raises Money for Alzheimer’s Society by welcoming Eleanor Mattley, a talented VA tribute singer, who added a wonderful nostalgic atmosphere to the event with live performances. Her music brought joy and energy, attracting even more visitors to our stall and contributing to the day’s success.
Caremark’s Commitment to Community Impact
Unlike many fundraising efforts, every cost — from the cupcakes to the raffle prizes to the entertainment — was personally funded by Caremark, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Alzheimer’s Society. The event not only raised money but helped start important conversations about dementia, care needs, and support for families living with Alzheimer’s.
