Make the time to get to know your customers, even if you are pushed for time. Be patient. No two customers are the same! They do not have the same needs, wants, or likes and it is vital that you don’t make assumptions about them. Building long-term and lasting relationships with your customers is key to a mutually happy and fulfilling relations.

“Don’t forget to take care of yourself whilst caring for others and don’t be afraid to ask for help or support.”
