At just 18 years old, this remarkable young woman from the Brooklands SEND and Transition Team has proven herself to be a shining example of dedication and ambition. Kayleigh’s journey over the past year has been filled with noteworthy achievements, fuelled by her proactive spirit and unwavering commitment to her future goals.

Her time spent in work placement nursery and school settings has honed her skills and affirmed her passion for nurturing and caring for others. At Caremark Elmbridge Kayleigh opted to go for work experience in administrative work. Kayleigh’s eye for details towards clients care plans was commendable. Her work experience in these environments has been exemplary, earning her praise from mentors.

One of the standout qualities Kayleigh possesses is her proactive nature. Kayleigh has consistently taken the initiative throughout the year to learn, grow, and contribute. Kayleigh has approached every task with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

Kayleigh’s ultimate dream is to become a midwife—a goal that perfectly aligns with her caring disposition and her desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives. With her determination and the skills, she has developed, there’s no doubt Kayleigh will excel in this noble profession.

Outside of Kayleigh’s professional aspirations, she finds joy in simple pleasures. She loves going on caravan holidays, where she can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
