Our chair-based exercise class – what happened this month?

Our chair-based exercise class, special guests and plenty of smiles at St Pip and St Jim’s!

This month’s gentle chair-based exercise class at St Pip and St Jim’s may have been missing present day fitness coach Joe Wicks. However, that didn’t stop our ever-enthusiastic members from showing up with energy and smiles!
They were more than compensated for when none other than the legendary Mr Motivator made a surprise appearance! In true dazzling fashion, he lit up the room in vibrant green, proudly supporting Mental Health Awareness Week. Aka Yoshi the Care Bear.


We were also thrilled to welcome two lovely new local residents, Veronica and Beth, to our session. The class was expertly led by the always cool, calm, and collected Jo Folkes, who guided everyone through a warm-up and 10 gentle daily chair-based exercises designed to boost mobility and overall fitness.
