May’s Carer of the Month
Each month, Caremark Cheltenham and Gloucester reward one of its carers with a Carer of the Month award. Our carers receive this award when they go above and beyond for their customers. Its always difficult each month to choose a Carer of the Month as all our carers receive exemplary feedback from their customers. Jean-Pierre is May’s Carer of the Month. Read below why we felt he deserved this award in May.
Why Jean-Pierre is May’s Carer of the Month
Here is a photograph of the lovely Jean-Pierre, which shows how happy he was to receive this award. Jean-Pierre was not only very happy but also shocked to be awarded carer for the month for May. Rachel, our lovely Field Care Supervisor, met up with him last week and handed to him his award certificate and a box of chocolates.
Jean-Pierre was chosen for this award because of how he helped one of his customers. Jean-Pierre visited this customer daily between the end of March and the end of April. During the visits he went above and beyond to help the customer rearrange his flat to suit his needs so that it was more accessible and suitable for him.
Well done Jean-Pierre for your thoughtfulness and caring!
