Sunshine, Smiles and a Surprise Workout Star – a care agency supporting its community

Last Thursday’s coffee morning couldn’t have been more perfect. The sun was out, the mood was bright, and whilst our group was small, the laughter certainly wasn’t! Caremark is a care agency that supports it community by running these monthly exercise classes. Here is an update on our March class.

This month, we were treated to a fantastic gentle exercise session led by Jess – a long‑standing member of the Caremark team.

It was Jess’s first time at one of our community events.  She guided us with confidence and warmth, keeping everyone moving, smiling, and safely within their limits. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and said she would love to come back.

After which, as per usual, we sat down for a chat, cup of tea and cake.

The sun shone inside as well as out!

Moreover, it was the kind of morning that reminds you why community matters. Caremark holds these gentle exercise classes at St Pip and Jim’s Church each month.
