Care and Support Worker of the Month Feb 2020

In February 2020 Natalie won our Care and Support Worker of the month award.

Natalie is an exceptional member of the team. She has a can do attitude and always goes over and beyond. Natalie’s actions define what working as a team means. Recently when emergency cover was required for one of our customers we contacted Natalie to see if she could support. Natalie had literally just returned home from a shift and was done for the day but she did not hesitate to step in and help and within minutes she was back out in the community supporting our customer.

When asked if she could help out the answer was ‘of course I can’.
