Our Staff Self-Care and Pamper Days, held in December 2025 and January 2026, were all about giving something back to our amazing team. These days are a chance for nominated staff members to slow down, relax and feel appreciated for the hard work they do every day. Looking after our team’s well-being is really important to us, as it helps them feel supported and valued. When our carers feel good, they’re able to give the best possible care to our clients.
What Our Staff Self-Care Day Involves
Each Staff Self-Care Day is designed to be calm, relaxing and enjoyable. Nominated members of staff have the opportunity to choose from a range of pamper options, giving them time to unwind and focus on themselves for a change.
Options include facials, nail appointments and other soothing treatments, all aimed at helping our team switch off and recharge. It’s a simple way to say thank you and to remind our team just how appreciated they are. We’re really pleased to work with Linzi from KL Beauty Bangor, who provides lovely, relaxing treatments during our self-care days. She helps create a warm, calming space where staff can properly enjoy some well-earned downtime.
