Christmas Memory Cafe 2025
We finished 2025 with our final Memory Cafe, and it was a really lovely, festive morning. Our Christmas Memory Cafe 2025 is a warm and welcoming space for people living with memory loss or dementia, along with their families and carers. It’s a relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy a chat, join in light activities, or simply have a cup of tea with people who understand.
A Lovely Way to End the Year
The room was full of festive cheer as our clients enjoyed Christmas snacks, mince pies and hot drinks. Everyone joined in singing familiar Christmas carols, which brought back happy memories and created a cosy, cheerful atmosphere. Guests also got creative with Christmas-themed arts and crafts, making decorations and festive keepsakes to take home.
A Special Visit from Santa
Santa made a surprise appearance, arriving with gifts for everyone and spreading plenty of festive cheer. His visit brought lots of smiles and laughter and made the morning even more memorable.
Christmas Memory Cafe 2025 – Celebrating Special Moments Together
We also took time to celebrate two birthdays, with cake and a singalong, making the morning even more special. It was a great reminder of how important it is to come together and enjoy these moments.
Conclusion – Ending the Year on a High
Our Christmas Memory Cafe 2025 was a wonderful way to end the year, bringing clients and their carers together for laughter, festive cheer and shared memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such an enjoyable morning.
The Memory Cafe runs monthly for Caremark NI clients with a medical diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive impairments, and we ask that attendees are accompanied by a family member or carer.
