Caremark (Aylesbury and Wycombe) carer goes above and beyond

In steps in Terina.  What a lifesaver and Godsend!  When she walked in, she asked how I was and explained my condition and how I had been tackling this long-term illness for 7 months.  After caring for my Mother, she kindly asked if I needed anything from the shops.

Her kindness so took me back; I hadn’t asked, but she volunteered and went out of her way to pop out to the shops to get the food and take away my anxiety about looking after myself and my Mother.  After she returned with the groceries, she even asked if I needed anything for tomorrow.  I asked for celery, as this is all I can have due to my present condition before I fully recover.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my most profound gratitude for Terina’s show of kindness.  In going above and beyond her duties of not caring for my Mother, but also for myself.  This display of kindness, awareness, and preparedness to genuinely want to help is something I would like to recognise and express my deepest thanks for.  Her kind gesture has truly touched me.   Giving us hope that, indeed, there are some thoroughly kind individuals, such as Terina, who need to be recognised.
