Care Assistants of the Month for April 2024

Well done to both Faith and Sharni for receiving Care Assistant of the month for April.

Sharni joined Caremark Ashford and Shepway in December 2023 and had never worked in health care before. She felt that she needed a change of career and has proved a valuable asset to the team. All of her customers look forward to seeing her because she brings such positivity to their lives!

Faith joined us in January 2024, after her training in December along with Sharni. Faith works tirelessly supporting her various customers and receives lovely compliments from them. Faith is dedicated to her role and enjoys meeting everyone along the way.
